Sizing Exchanges

Need to exchange your new belt for a different size? Email your order info to When we receive your info we will generate a new order in our system for the new size that you need. Please allow 2-3 business days for your new belt or apparel to ship. Sizing Exchanges are completely free in the US for the first 30 days! Once you receive the new belt there will be a prepaid shipping label affixed to a new garment bag for you to return the other product to us.

Product Returns

Need to return a product for a refund? Email your order info to and we’ll email you a return shipping label as soon as we can. Once we receive your returned belt, we’ll process the refund.

Warranty Issues

Any warranty requests can be sent to All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and provide us with the details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful!). We will then either send you the replacement product or repair the product covered under the warranty.
